This is my proposal. It is exactly the same concept as Virtual XP (VXP) for Windows 7.
But instead of providing virtual OS runtime my solution provides virtual browser runtime. It is a free add-on for Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows XP.
It is automatically available as a new Tab under properties dialogue, when right-clicked on an URL shortcut in windows. Here it is :
